Failure, SO WHAT…

Successful people know that failure is always an option, but do they let that deter them from there goals, desires, passion, no way!

So what! Don’t we all just wish we could say this simple word when faced with decisions and ultimately life changing decisions? The real truth to this word is that you’ll keep chuggin’, you will see another day.

If you loose all your money, if you loose your house, if you loose your car, if you go bankrupt, if you fail at your business, SO WHAT!

You will still be alive, you will have another day, your life will not be taken from you. Yes, maybe your belongings, financials and valuable assets, but your life is yours and you will see another day.

Keep Chuggin’ it’s as simple as that, never stop, never quit, action, action, action. Life will beat you down, it’s gonna happen, but you will succeed you will push through and another day will come.
Keep on Chuggin’

MLK Day.

With today being Martin Luther King Day, I decided to do something a little different with this article.

We all know Martin Luther King had a dream in mind, he had a goal and was not going to give in or give up for any reason. With that said, here is a link to a site that has alot of inspiration to get you thinking when life gets tough, it’s really just a small hurdle, you’ll get through.

Keep on Chuggin’ and enjoy

Title: But They Did Not Give Up

Quotes for today:

“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try Again. Fail again. Fail better.” - Samuel Beckett

“Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall.” - Confucius

“Only those who dare to fail greatly can achieve greatly.” - Robert F. Kennedy

“The successful person makes a habit of doing what the failing person doesn’t like to do.” - Thomas Edison

“Failure is the opportunity to begin again, more intelligently.” - Henry Ford

“Failure is a word I don’t accept.” - John H. Johnson

“There was never any fear for me, no fear of failure. If I miss a shot, so what?”
- Michael Jordan

Successful people know that it has to mean something.

Your truly going to do your best and be your best when what it is your doing has some meaning for you personally, maybe not a love for it, but it definitely has to spark some aspect within you.

Why do you go to work?
Is it for your children?
Is it for pleasure?
Is it to conquer a goal?
Is it your passion?

What meaning does work have that enables you to get up and go everyday?

A lot of talk revolves around passion and while this may be the true key to success, it’s somewhat hard to find passion in something when you’re trying to find your passion, Confusing, here’s the break down.

- “You’re not sure what it is you want to do with your life, but you think it may have to do with public speaking. You join a toastmasters and your not very comfortable, but you enjoy it. You stick it out because it’s for a reason, you have a purpose for you being there.”

or

- “You really think your passion lies in the automotive industry, but your not to sure what areas. You jump into the industry doing oil changes, changing tires, air filters, etc… Now it’s not exactly what you want to be doing, but it definitely holds an interest to you and utilizes skills within you while your passion in the automotive field is still blazing like a forest fire inside you, but you understand your in the right area just maybe not the exact spot.”

You need to have meaning for what you do while you are in pursuit of what you truly desire. You won’t be successful if you hate everything that it is you do on your way to success.

Last example:

- “You want to do something in the restaurant field, you feel that this might be your passion. You jump in and become a waitress/waiter and you hate every minute of it and dread going to work every day.”

In the example above quit immediately. Again, you won’t be successful if you hate everything that it is you do on your way to success.

Your not going to like every aspect of your doings on your way to find the true you, but again it has to have some meaning and spark you personally or you are going to just plain suck. If you want to be in the restaurant field waitress/waiter might not be the right foot in the door, maybe a dishwasher, bookkeeper, maintenance, etc…These positions still have something to do with the restaurant field and might hold more interest to you.

You have got to have meaning and interest to what your doing, you may find out then that you were suppose to be the greatest restaurant janitorial technician around, you start your own janitorial business catering to restaurants and WHAM you’re a success.

In your pursuit of finding your true passion, your true you, do what you have to, but make sure it has meaning and keeps your interest.

Successful People Leave A Mark!

The Rich like multiple streams of income.

REMEMBER ME:

Abraham Lincoln, Tupac Shakur, Mother Teresa, Bill Gates, Michael Jordan, Richard Branson, Tony Robbins, Bill Clinton, Muhammad Ali, Elvis, Oprah

What is it that these people all have in common? Yes, they have extreme high levels of confidence, drive, determination, but there’s something else.

You and I know who they are!! These individuals among many more have left their names in history, they will be talked about, read about and studied for years to come. These few individuals I have named have left a mark so big that the world noticed.

Have you left your mark? What have you done that will stand the test of time? Will you be read about? Will people study about you in history books?

Each one of those individuals believed in them-selves so much, had so much confidence that they would succeed there was no stopping them. They just kept chuggin’ forward, not stopping, not listening to people who said “you can’t do that” or “you’ll never amount to anything”. They believed in their hearts that they would succeed and they had an unlimited amount of confidence, drive, ambition to push them forward and prove there worth.

I remember back in college in English class one of our writing assignments was to write our obituary. Now I thought about this for a while and thought this was pretty dumb, boring and a waste of time. I look back now and realize this could have been one of the greatest writing assignments ever.

Think about it, your writing your final chapter, the final chapter to your life story, you are given a chance to write out what the world will remember you for, what your legacy you will leave behind.

Well here is your homework assignment, write your obituary!!

What have you done in your life that people will remember you for? What marks did you make? Were you famous? Were you happy? Were you rich? Were you a good father? Were you a good mother?

It’s not as easy as it looks, to write your final chapter, your closing life story. Was there more that you wanted to accomplish was there more you want to do, see, feel, taste, etc…

It’s not too late, you make think Oh I am getting older time is ticking. Your right, time is ticking but “age isn’t nothing but a number”. Be confident right now that you will change your life, you will make the mark you always wanted, you will live from this day forward how you were meant to live. It’s you and only you that can change what your life is like now.

If your life is boring, if your life sucks, if you’re broke, whatever, you made it that way. Apart of building confidence is taking responsibility for your actions, no one made your life the way it is now, it’s up to you to make it what you want it to be.

Use confidence and be confident about your abilities and you too can leave a mark that history will remember.

Keep Chuggin’
